Church volunteers have been shopping, putting food items into “Care bags” and then delivering them to families in our community. Those are the COVID CARE PACKAGES that Judy Hernandez and a host of helpers have been distributing to families with COVID in our community. So far they have delivered to 47 different homes (with 146 residents in those homes). They’ve even delivered dog food for two families! “Thank you” Judy and all of your helpers!
Our heating system has been partially repaired … enough so that their should be heat in the Fireside Room and the Missions class room this coming Sabbath. There will still be some ongoing repairs over the next couple of months but we should have heat during the ongoing repairs. Your contributions to the “Combined Giving” account (mark that on your tithe envelope) enables us to have the funds to make these repairs. Thank you for your faithful giving each month.
Next Wednesday evening (at 7pm) I’ll be starting a ZOOM Bible Study class. If you would like to participate in the study group send me an email note so that I can add you to the email notification / Zoom invitation. We will begin with a study of Daniel 12 and Matthew 24 and then move into the book, “End Time Events”.
